Soft starter

We are manufacturer for the soft starter in China.

Application for the soft starter:

 1. Water Pump - Use the pump control function. When the start and stop are applied, reduce the liquid-flow's shock for water hammer.As a result, it can extend the machine life.

2. Ball Grinder -Use the slope voltage start,reduce the gear's wear out.It can extend the machine life.

3.Fan -Use the soft sater instead of the old traditional self-starter, reduce the wear out of the belt. It can save the maintain cost.

4. Compressor - Use the current-limiting or double slope voltage to carry out the smooth start. It can reduce the motor fever heater and extend the machine life.

5. Breaker- Use the stop-rotation and rapid protection,avoid the machine breakendown to over heating of motor.

6. Conveying machinery -Use the soft starter or pre-setting low speeding to smooth and progressive start process and avoid the product movement or lequid over-flow.

Charactor:

1. Three starting methods :  The slope-voltage-start can get the max output torque.

                                               The constant current can get the max limited current.

                                               The load-carrier start can get the max start torque.

 2. Stop method:  The slope-voltage soft stop.  Free stop.

3. Programme to delay the start method,programme the interconnected control,programme the defect output.

4.  No phase sequence requirement for input power.

 5.  Start time,stop time can be modified by programme.

 6.   Muliti-function protection : Over current,non-equalizing of three phase power,over heat,lack of phase,over load for   motor.

7.  Record of dynamic fault so that we can find the problem root.

8.    We can find the max three phase start current and the max running current.
